Method on IMDWorkspace return signal at a coordinate

Description

Given X,Y,Z.. coordinates, returns the signal (possibly normalized) at the point in the workspace.

Should be implemented by MDHistoWorkspace and MDEventWorkspace. This will be used by the slice viewer

Working. Inspected and ran appropriate unit tests. on MDHistoWorkspace and MDEventWorkspace.
