PeakPickerTool is associated with most recent used plot

Description

The PeakPickerTool needs to associate itself with the most recently used plot when the user clicks back on the data analysis tab from within Muon Analysis

Refs #3979. Changed the fit property browser in the muon interface to associate itself with the most recently used plot. (Will only work with data loaded through the muon interface)
