Remove toolbars from the top when loading MuonAnalysis

Description

Increase the space the Muon Analysis has by removing the unnecessary toolbars from the top of Mantid. (Muon guys have told me they don't use the toolbars).

Currently if you plot a data set the toolbar for graphs appears at the top. I thought that this was useful functionality so I have left this in. To remove the toolbars completely again the user must change tab.

Tested (on a just build version) by open/close MuonAnalysis a number of times and loading data and behaviour correct
