Description

Implement equivalent code to COLETTE AREA/KEEP commands. Importantly these command mask in Qx-Qy space.

The last meeting with the scientists, we said that this command is not necessary, because, it was used to prepare the image before applying RingProfile or RadiusSum. But, those algorithms have a RadiusMin and RadiusMax argument. So, it will not be implemented.
