Add features for resetting the view

Description

The simple interface needs to use some of the features from ParaView that involve resetting the orientation of the current view.

Refs #4118. Implmenting connections to rotation point dialog.

I've now implemented the code that connects the activation of the rotation point dialog in the main view and the subsequent retrieval and passing of the requested rotation point coordinates.

To test, follow the prescription in #3929 to open the TOPAZ MD dataset and switch to splatter plot. Adjust the number of points to 1000000. Then, apply a threshold operator and set the lower value to 10000. The view becomes clipper. Click the reset button (one with crossed, double ended arrows) to see the view properly again. Test out the other buttons in the toolbar up to the button with double squares.

Complete. All PV controls of this type are doing exactly what I expect them to do.
