Mantid workspace index dialog fails if the workspace has no instrument associated with it.

Description

To reproduce bug...

1) Open Muon Analysis and open some data.

2) Click the data analysis tab and fit and kind of function.

3) Open up the group workspace and plot the spectrum of the workspace that ends in "_workspace".

No longer looking for index2spectra map that does not exist in some cases.
