Add parallel projection capability to simple interface

Description

The capability to switch the view to a parallel projection should be added to the VATES simple interface. This will be useful for viewing alignments in peaks data.

Open up any TOPAZ peaks file in Test/AutoTestData in either the standalone or MantidPlot versions of the simple interface. Try to rotate the view to line up planes. Toggle the parallel projection (button with two squares) and see the difference in alignment.
