ISIS event mode monitor bug

hi yep monitors are odd in ver 1.32.1066. I attach two files the one that looks like a monitor is the stored histogram and the one that looks zero is the event rebined one. cheers jon

please see attached files that show an issue with event loaded monitors the file is let run 4181

Re #4177. The randomised events have to be sorted.

This is fixed, v1.32.2844. Tested with file 4181 and uncovered that data.isis is out of date. Isislinux contacted.
