Description

Convert Fullprof's instrument (.irf) file to GSAS instrument file (.prm/.iparm) in tabulated profile (profile type is -3, -4 and -5).

This algorithm creates a gsas instrument file. Wenduo says that using a Fullprof file from Jason Hodges, the output matches Jason's GSAS file.
