Also, the point should show up while dragging a line. Currently, they don't

BinMD works on MDHistoWorkspaces.

Refs #4238: Show original coords in sliceViewer Refs #4191: BinMD can do non-axis-aligned bins on a MDHisto. Works in slice viewer.

Note to testers: Open SliceViewer, create and start to drag a line. The mouse coordinates should update whenever the mouse is moving on the plot.

Moving the mouse does cause the coordinates to update.
