Description
Reuse the QtiPlot dialog or make a simpler one?
I don't imagine anyone will want log scales on the X/Y...

Refs #4243: Added menu in SliceViewer to set X/Y limits
Note: did not use double-click because that seemed much more involved.

Works only from the menu. It would be nice if you can double click on the axis to change.
