Render the current axes to an image (possibly) at a higher resolution.

Refs #4275: Method to save the 2D slice plot to a file

Via a menu or a python call. Unit tested in MantidPlot and added to the screenshots report.

It saves to png, not to clipboard. Also, it needs to type the png extension instead of putting it by default. Created new ticket #4465
