Description
Currently, files are always reloaded. This will become useful for live reduction.

This is only useful for EQSANS. To test, do the following:
- Load an EQSANS file with LoadEventNexus.
- Call EQSANSLoad and set its InputWorkspace to the workspace you loaded in the previous step. That will complete the additional steps needs to make an EQSANS data set ready for reduction.
