Description

Generalise peak- finding routine to use SecondDifference. Parametrize a threshold value for peak detection. To be used for powder as well as single crystal work

(In [2071]) re#432 Put the peak detection routine in place. Works and has been tested for various data-sets. Still need to address unresolved multiple peaks.
