SXD23767.Raw loads fine, displays in Instrument view and colour fill plot fine.

It took some time to work this out, but there are 4 empty spectra after each bank (64x64=4096), but there is no gap in det td, all the fake det id's are at the end before the one monitor (and two empty monitors).
