Description

Add GUI and python commands that perform a rebin of the MDWorkspace to a new MDHistoWorkspace that matches the X/Y limits and to a certain bin size.

Have a GUI that shows the # of bins, x/y min-max, and rebins to a new MDHistoWorkspace. Display the the new slice dynamically using an embedded SliceViewer widget.

Possibly for iteration 33.
