ORNL SANS: make sure dQ is dealt with when stitching

Description

When stitching together multiple I(q) workspaces, the workspace combining the scaled workspaces should also have the proper dQ values for each Q value.

To test, stitch together I(Q) workspaces using the ORNL reduction UI, then save the result. The dQ should make it to the output file for each point.

Reduced EQSANS run 9922 event data, stitched frame1_Iq * frame2_Iq workspace, and the combined workspace is shown on the plot. Click the save result button, an xml file is created with dQ values in the 4th column.
