(In [2360]) Added the possibility to change the axes on a workspace (replaceAxis method on MatrixWorkspace). This allows changing the 'vertical' axis to a numeric one from a spectraAxis. There are probably still places around that assume it contains spectrum numbers (e.g. LoadNexus)... Re #439.

(In [2367]) Update 2D output file to more rigorously match the LOQ/'RKH' format. This allows it to be read into, e.g., COLETTE and other downstream analysis programs. Also fixed bug where 'Plot first spectrum' option was giving a line when it should show a histogram and vice-versa. Re #439.
