Crash when exiting after calling a wiki help page

Description

found on Windows 7 64 bit:

steps

  1. start mantiplot
  2. open an algorithm dialog box
  3. click the ? button
  4. cancel the algorithm dialog box
  5. click the top right x to close mantidplot
  6. Mantidplot has stopped working

refs #4422. Fixed resource management issue.

This issue should now be fixed. Previous author, understandably, had assumed ownership since a *create* method had given them a pointer according to RAII, but FrameworksManager does its own resource management.

When I tried this. Mantidplot could not be closed, but otherwise continues to work. I'll make new ticket for this.
