Description

found on Windows 7 64 bit:

steps

(1) start mantiplot (2) open an algorithm dialog box (3) click the ? button (4) cancel the algorithm dialog box (5) click the top right x to close mantidplot (6) Mantidplot won't close, but otherwise still works.

Refs #4426. Fix for RHEL6 so that PythonAlgorithms load

This should hopefully fix the later Ubuntu (>=11.04) problems as well but I have no test instance for that.
