Got an error message when executing SNSPowderReduction

Description

Algorithms: SNSPowderReduction Input: Instrument: PG3 RunNumber: 2538 Extension: _event.nxs Binning: 0.1,-0.0004,10

The SNSPowderReduction would eventually run successfully, but it printed the following message in the beginning of the run:

Could not find file 'PG3_2538_event' Input Detector ID = -1 Is Invalid Input Detector ID = -1 Is Invalid
