ORNL SANS: fix combo box update on Mac

Description

The combo boxes on the stitcher panel don't update after the data is reduced on Mac.

To test: do any ORNL SANS reduction using the UI. Once the reduction is completed, go to the data stitching tab and see that the *_Iq output workspace (the one that is automatically plotted after the reduction is completed) appears as one of the choices in the combo boxes.

It does indeed show up as an option (tested using BIOSANS_test_data.xml).
