PlotMD - propagate X coordinates from LineViewer

Following on from ticket #4504.

Once you have the 1D line from LineViewer as a workspace in MantidPlot, it would be nice that what ever X axis selection you made in LineViewer be propagated rather than always just plot from the start of the line.

Or should it be a special function in Slice/LineViewer to save line as a 'normal' Mantid Workspace using the selected axis units instead ?

Message from Pascal regarding this feature: "Being able to export the line cut in the units you want and fit it is kind of crucial"

I've raised the priority of this ticket as we'll need to get the functionality in soon, but I haven't set it for iteration 32 as Janik has already said that he would not be able to implement it in time.

This is something that once it is added, we will upgrade our installed versions to have it. I would prefer it in the release, as otherwise we will move our deployed version of mantid to a development release very quickly!

If this can be done within 2 days we should do it for this release. If it is going to take longer than that we would need to discuss if it can go in.

Testers: this is available by right-clicking a line MDHistoWorkspace and selecting plotMD; or you can drag/drop onto another plot.

I notice that sometimes when you drag a new plot onto an existing one, it doesn't update until I resize the plot window... is this something to worry about ?

I have noticed that if you clone the workspace generated by the lineviewer, then you lose the axis labels. But, I'll create a ticket on the next iteration for this...
