Color options crashes on threeslice view

Description

Launching the color options dialog on the Threeslice view causes MantidPlot to crash.

To test, open any MD dataset in MantidPlot and bring it up in the simple interface. Then switch to the Threeslice view. Open the color options dialog from the View menu. The program should not crash.

Can't generate crash on my ubuntu test environment using these instructions.
