MUON: Add option to hide toolbars in Muon Analysis.

Description
Feedback from Muon scientists is that it can be a bit confusing when the toolbars just disappear with no explanation.
A checkbox option for whether the toolbars should be hidden while working in Muon Analysis will be implemented.
The option should be on the settings tab and the default should be set to showing the toolbars like normal. Whatever the user chooses should become the default choice when starting up Muon Analysis. (This way they won't need to keep turning them off and on).

A "Hide Toolbar" tick box for tool bar found at end of first tab and it works instantly.
