Graphs disappear if you resize a window really small

Description

Steps:

  1. plot a 1d graph (any data)
  2. with the corner resize handle make the window as small as possible.
  3. resize the window again to a reasonable size
  4. the graph is gone!

This is not affected with floating or docking and has definitely been seen on Win64.

Perhaps the best answer to this is simply to put a minimum window size on for graphs. Set at small, but not silly.
