Description
The windows installer picks the drive with the most space available as the default install drive. If this happens to be an external USB drive then this ends up being the default and Mantid will be very slow.
The muon group would also like the includes on as default. Given that now we should have users installing less frequently this sems acceptable.

Tested both the 32 & 64 bit installers. Neither went to my external drive (which in the former case was 4 times the size of the internal hard drive, just slightly larger in the latter).
The includes do go on by default. I'd like the statement about users installing less often to be true!
Refs #4583. Windows installer now defaults to Windows drive.
Plus the includes are now installed by default.
