Avoid repeat paths listed in ManageUserDirectories

Description

Annoyance:

  1. Open e.g. Manage Directories in ISIS SANS
  2. Fill in a path for "Defaul Save Directory"
  3. click OK

then every time you repeat 1 and 3 above subsequently the path in "Defaul Save Directory" keeps being added so you end up with a long list of repeat paths.

Simultaneously fixed in duplicate ticket #4579 However my fix is better so I'll roll back this one.
