"ACLIMAX" provided as a save format option in Tosca CTE interface.

Description

Stewart and Timmy would like to see the following as a further option to the already-present SPE, NeXus, NXSPE and ASCII formats, only for TOSCA:

  • A fifth checkbox labelled "ACLIMAX".
  • Rebinning carried out, depending on units:
    • "-2.5,0.01,3,-0.005,500" on meV.
    • "24,-0.005,4000" on cm-1.
  • A saved ACLIMAX file is to be named the same as an ASCII save, but the extension prefixed with "_aclimax", i.e. "[workspace-name]_aclimax.dat" instead of "[workspace-name].dat".
  • The file should also have *tabbed* separators.

Refs #4593 - Aclimax save format option added to CTE for TOSCA.

Checkbox added and reduction step inserted. Also, change made to code included in the commit for #4621.

A small change to the rebinning when saving to Aclimax in meV is needed.
