Lower recursion depth on initial view

Description
For large files with potentially many nested BoxGrid structures, visualisation of the initial view is going too deep. This is a particular problem identified with larger SQW files.
The default should be to view the first 5 levels not the first 1000. Change the loading default. Users can always specify more levels if they want them after the data is loaded.

This doesn't seem to be available for SQW files via the standalone VSI since that relies on the vtkSQWEventReader plugin.
