VatesSimpleGUI: segfault with PeaksWorkspace

Description

  • Get a 3D MDEventWorkspace and a PeaksWorkspace
  • Open MDWS in Vates simple gui
  • Go to splatter view.
  • Leave the window open. Right-click PeaksWS and add it to the VSG.
  • Click on 3-slice mode.
  • Leave the window open. Right-click PeaksWS and add it to the VSG again.
  • I get a segfault.

Can you please check this again? I tried the prescription and I don't get a seg fault. Also, do we really want to see PeaksWorkspaces on the ThreeSlice view?

Hi Michael,

I can confirm that I no longer get the segfault. I am now on RHEL6 though, so it might be worth trying on Ubuntu to see if it is platform-dependant.
