MantidQwtIMDWorkspaceData: add test

Description

There is no test for this class or the related MantidQwtMatrixWorkspaceData class. It should be possible to make a regular unit test since they are not GUI elements (although they are QOBJECT's)

There is a test suite, it looks reasonable and the tests are passing (on *nix where they're running)!
