ConvertToMDEvents should produce output in different coordinate systems

Description

currently output from ConvertToMDEvents is either in units of Q or normalized.

The request to produce the output in real HKL, namely, the results are multiplied by B-matrix and transferred into non-orthogonal coordinate system should be addressed by this ticket.

The way to store information about the coordinate system, md events are in should be agreed among the developers.
