LoadISISNexus broken when going directly to ManagedWorkspace

To reproduce:

  • Open Mantid.user.properties file and add "ManagedWorkspace.LowerMemoryLimit = 0" to make everything go managed.
  • Load LET00003725.nxs (from ISIS archive).

It will produce this error: 

basic_ios::clear
Error in execution of algorithm Load:
basic_ios::clear

I've tried with some other ISIS Nexus files and they don't seem to show the problem so it is something peculiar about the LET ones.

It also doesn't show up if I don't load the monitor block i.e. SpectrumMax=40960 and it will work but SpectrumMax=40961 and it will fail again.
