Update:

I reopened this as I wasn't seeing the functionality I expected after having made the changes. Need further discussion with Spencer on how to proceed.

Follow the instructions for Fury, FuryFit and ConvFit on the Examples wiki page (http://www.mantidproject.org/Indirect:Indirect_Data_Analysis) and it will be evident that the plots now include error bars.

This ticket does not have a branch; it was created before the new workflow.
