FileFinder::findRun() gets called twice when a file path is not found

Description

First the MantidPlot release version looks good.

However, the nightly and unstable version behaved differently. I changed the log to the debug level, executed the LoadEventNexus algorithm and found out that FileFinder::findRun() gets called the second time when a file path is not found on the first attempt.
