Description
Create a meta-package for the Paraview development dependencies.
The InstallPV.sh script is great, but its a pain to figure out all the dependencies on a clean environment. The Paraview CMake configuration doesn't check or fail on all the dependencies that are actually needed, which can make building an iterative and frustrating process.
This package should make set-up really easy.
For ubuntu 10.04

Tester:
On a clean ubuntu 10.04 machine
- Apply this package
- Download the patched PV source
- Download and execute the InstallPV.sh script
After the InstallPV script has completed (without any errors) should be possible to startup paraview.

This ticket has been transferred to github issue 5789
The package will target 10.04, if support on other platforms is required, that can be conducted under a separate ticket.
