Having the isis.repository available when you dpkg install the newly created debian file is causing some problems. The debian file definitely does not contain any references to the older libnexus-dev package (only libnexus0-dev). However the package is reported as broken after the install because it thinks that libnexus-dev (apt-get check) is an unsatisfied dependency.
This can only be because there are older package version mantid_developer sitting around in the isis repository, that are somehow being scanned. Unfortunately, I cannot disable this source in order to check this because, i then wouldn't be able to get the required libnexus0-dev and libnexus0 packages.
