SANS: Specifically use LoadRKH to load flood file

Description

Problem, Generic Load was used to load flood file. This generates a lot of red log warning message lines when loading flood files. Since an isis SANS flood file is required to be in LoadRKH format specifically use this loader to avoid these warning messages.

Updated wiki accordingly. I.e. as confirmed by Steve that flood file is required to be in LoadRKH format with the first column SpectrumNumbers
