Description
We have a basic reduction script that could be used to snapshot and check the ISIS reflectometry workflow. This workflow is incomplete, but a basic script running nightly and verifying the initial steps of the workflow would be very useful.
Any additional work to to extend the workflow could then be followed up with extension of the system test script.

The test is indeed running as part of the nightly system tests. Most recent successful console output on Win7 build server:
Mon, 30 Apr 2012 12:48:39: Executing ReflectometryISIS.ReflectometryISIS ... RESULT|iteration time_taken|1 0.28
We should checks such things as the detector signed two theta values after applying move components.
