(In [2194]) Improved the utility script for custom menu interaction in MantidPlot. Re #503

(In [2196]) Added an example of adding and removing scripts to menus in MantidPlot. Just extract the zip file in Test/Scripts to any location and run the python script provided and a SANS menu will appear in MantidPlot. Re #503
