ConvertToEnergy GUI: Cannot find files when only browsed to.

Description

If you open the Convert To Energy GUI, browse to a file and then press Run. You get the message relating to a file not existing.

Flag field as modified when browsing. refs #5080 & #5036

The filename field wasn't being flagged as modified when only browsing to the filename - therefore the finder was never executed.

To Test,

  • Open Convert To Energy GUI
  • Select and indirect instrument (as they don't require any input) i.e. VISION, BASIS, TOSCA, IRIS, OSIRIS
  • Browse to a file
  • Click 'Run'

Don't worry if the reduction runs ok, the fact that it starts is good enough.

Navigating around (the unrelated) #5175, this works 100% now.
