Description

The SNS Diffraction workflow script currently in the Vates script directory, should become a full system test. This should help make this particular workflow more stable for our users.

If the input workspace(s) are not already versioned in git, please crop the workspaces and adjust the scripts accordingly to reduce bloat in the repository.

Duplicate ticket for 5090 which has a test checked in. Used TOPAZ_3132 file already in repository as input.
