SliceViewer: don't allow click-zooming to 0-sized.

Description

To reproduce:

  • Open a MDWorkspace in SliceViewer
  • Click to drag a "zoom" rectangle"
  • But don't move the mouse at all.
  • The zoom area is 0-sized so this causes the image to disappear.

Works. User gets a minimum rectangle size to allow zooming.
