VSI: crash with double rebinning

Description
This is on RHEL6.
- Create a 3D MDEventWorkspace using OneStepMDEW
- Open VSI from MantidPlot
- Click Rebin and apply to get a first binned MDHistoWorkspace
- Click back on the original MDEventWorkspace in the Paraview filter tree.
- Click Rebin button and Apply again.
- Segmentation fault!

Having a second entry might be useful, if that's not too hard to do. You could switch between the two rebinned views to compare...

That's actually much more work than fixing a simple crash.

To test, follow the above prescription. A warning dialog should now appear to stop you from actually completing the process.
