Crash on MantidPlot exit if plot open from interface

Description

As an example is the Muon interface. When a file is loaded it creates a plot using some python commands. If you close MantidPlot with the plot open you get a segfault as it is closing down.

This does NOT occur if you just plot a graph from the script window and close MantidPlot.

I got a debug error when I tried this (with muon analysis on argus0026287.nxs.
