Description
Currently if the user facility is set to SNS and you try to load EMU data into Muon Analysis you will get an error. This shouldn't happen, instead, the user facility should be set when Muon Analysis is first opened.

This was kind of resolved in #5442. It is now impossible to load any data if your facility is not ISIS.
Setting facility automatically doesn't make sense, as people from other facilities might open it accidentally. Setting instrument automatically is not making much sense either as people might want to experiment with data files from other instruments without Mantid messing up with their defaults.

Agreed, we should avoid manually setting facility/instruments.
