MUON: Error when trying to load the current ARGUS run when the network is down.

Description

Remove connection to the network and hit load current run for ARGUS. You will notice it comes up with a continue or terminate dialog. This should be a message box like the other instruments in Muon Analysis.

Disconnecting from the network and trying to load the current run now shows a warning dialog rather than a crash.
