This now works fine for me.
When running a ConvFit the resulting TableWorkspace has columns "f1.f1.Height_Err", "f1.f1.PeakCentre_Err" and "f1.f1.HWHM_Err" which are now not simply filled with zeros, but contain actual data.

Re #5323. Return fit errors to PlotPeakByLogValue output table
by making sure that errors are always calculated by Fit.
