Merlin definition has incorrect facing term for the through-beam detectors

Description

The facing entry for straight-through-beam-pack detector banks in Merlin are incorrect since they are defined away from the y=0 plane. In fact they are unnecessary since they lie at theta=0 and hence do not require any facing term.
